The send message screen is accessed by clicking in the send message icon on
the main toolbar.
The race that receives the message will not be able to see where the message
came from.
You can select previous and next messages, delete messages, and view a list of
message subject titles from the upper right part of the control panel.
The left set of buttons allow you to select which races you want the message
sent to. The races button will bring up the very detailed race select screen that will give you information on all other races in the game. You can
send the same message to many other players at once.
If the anonymous button is depressed to players getting the message will have
no idea who sent the message to them.
